Owen, Nathan and I had fun watching the tree cutting guys get rid of the tree. (But it won't be so much fun paying our insurance deductible.)

The Tree
A couple of nights ago we had a lightening storm with strong winds. Jade (who was working at the hospital all night) had just gutted our bathroom and left a large pile of debri outside. When I heard a loud sound I just thought that something had blown against the house. I was shocked the next morning when we discovered that half of a tree had fallen on our house! The scary part was that it fell right by Nathan's bedroom. It damaged the roof and the tree limbs were hanging on some power lines. But luckily everyone and everything inside the house is fine. Nathan slept through the whole thing.

wow that is crazy! we heard about it but seeing the pictures is a lot different. I am glad everyone is ok.
I can't believe that huge tree! Good thing that little Nathan was safe and sound. It looked like quite the ordeal to get rid of it.We have a really big tree outside of Luke's room that I always worry about.
Luke has thoroughly enjoyed looking at these pictures!
PS I still can't believe all of these baby boys that are on their way!
